About this site
Prussian Curiosities is a small, personal project: translations, notes, and digital tidbits drawn from Prussian history — Königsberg, Samland, Berlin, Brandenburg, and the people, places, and politics that orbit them. From the Teutonic Knights to the present day (but mostly until 1871).
It is not a comprehensive reference work. It’s a growing cabinet of curiosities, sources I’m reading, texts I’m cleaning or translating, and occasional essays in a historical style. I hope the selection proves useful (or at least entertaining) to others who share the same somewhat niche interests.

Accuracy & sources
Dates, spellings, and titles vary across editions and languages. I cite sources where possible, and I’ll correct mistakes when found. If you spot an error or have any (reasonable) comments or suggestions, please let me know.
